Returns

At Evangel, we understand that you may need to return a product. Therefore, we offer the option to cancel your order free of charge, as long as you notify us of the cancellation before the order has been made available to the carrier for shipment. Otherwise, you will have to wait until you receive the order to process the return, and you will be responsible for the costs of returning the product.

Once you have received the product, you will have a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal and make the return. This period applies as long as the product is in the same condition as it was delivered, with all labels intact and unused beyond mere testing. For hygiene reasons, products such as panties, thongs, briefs, slips, bodysuits, and any other two-piece set with underwear are excluded from returns. This is regulated by Law 7/1996, on the regulation of retail trade, in its Article 45, Section 3.

If, exceptionally, you receive a defective item that is not eligible for return, you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt.

Conditions for Return:

• Make sure the product is free of food stains, paint, traces of makeup, unpleasant odors, signs of washing or use, damage such as snags, tears, loose stitches, or any alterations to its original condition.
• Only products that are in the same condition as when they were delivered will be accepted.

How to return a product: You must notify Evangel of your desire to terminate the contract and return the order within 14 calendar days of receipt. You can do so by:

Evangel will refund the corresponding amount using the same payment method you used. The refund will be issued within 14 business days of receiving the returned product, provided it meets our return conditions.
